Ceri's Cottage - holiday cottage in Askrigg, Wensleydale
Ceri's Cottage is a traditional stone built cottage which provides warm and comfortable accommodation for up to 6 adults.
The bedrooms are one double bedded room (pictured below left), one twin bedded room (pictured below right) and one bunk bedded room. Each bedroom is well furnished with good storage space. All the bedrooms are on the first floor along with the bathroom which has a WC, washbasin and bath with electric shower over.
Downstairs there is a comfortably furnished living room with a traditional built in cupboard and stone fireplace, TV and video, DVD player and DVDs, music centre, electric log-effect room heater and a 3 piece suite. There is also a selection of games, books, videos, tapes and CDs available for use.
Across the rear hall a single storey extension to the rear of the cottage has a dining room with table that extends to seat 6 and a separate kitchen which is well equipped with electric cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine, drier, dishwasher and an ample supply of cutlery, crockery and pans. There is also a downstairs shower room with electric shower, WC and washbasin.
The Cottage has full oil fired central heating in all rooms and is also carpeted throughout. All the beds are furnished with duvets and pillows. Bed linen, towels and household linen are included in the hire price.
The back door of the cottage opens onto the parking area and garden which are shared with our adjoining cottage Brow Cottage. The parking area has one space per cottage. The garden consisting of flower beds and borders, patio area with a barbeque and picnic table for each cottage and a shared drying area is bounded by walls with gated access to the main street.
The Cottage is equipped with a telephone for incoming and emergency calls only.
