Deposit: £50.00 per week per cottage.
A £75 Security Deposit is requested for payment with the balance of rent. This is refunded if the Cottage is left in the same condition in which it was found on arrival without damage or breakages.

Payment of the refundable security deposit can be made to us 4 weeks before your stay.
Discount and Loyalty Scheme
If both cottages are booked as one booking there is a 5% discount. There is a loyalty scheme for returning guests - please ask for details.
All bookings are Saturday to Saturday.
Short Breaks
Weekend and mid week Short Breaks: From 6th January 2008 to 14th March 2008 two-night short breaks can be booked at £165 with extra nights at £12 per night. You can check availability via the Online Bookings facility mentioned above.
How to Book Offline
If you prefer to enquire and/or book offline, please use the links below:
- To check availability and make a provisional booking please phone 01969 624252 or use the enquiries form clearly stating which week(s) you are interested in.
- To confirm a provisional booking, please print off and fill out the booking form and send it to us along with the deposit.
All prices are per week irrespective of the number of people and are inclusive of fuel and electricity charges and hire of all linen.
Following confirmation of availability, provisional bookings may be made by e-mail or telephone and will be held for 7 days pending receipt of the booking form together with deposit cheque for £50 per week which is deductible from the rental charge. A security deposit of £75 is payable with the balance of hire charge. This is refundable if the cottage is left clean and tidy without damage or any breakages.
Bookings Conditions
- All bookings are from 4.00pm and the cottages must be vacated by 10.00 am on the last day
- No reservation can be guaranteed until the deposit has been received. The balance is payable no later than 4 weeks before commencement of the holiday
- If the client does not pay the balance of the fee at the requested time, we reserve the right to cancel the booking. In this event the deposit will be forfeited. If the client cancels after the booking is confirmed (notification of which must be given in writing) the full amount of rent is payable unless the property can be re-let. We therefore recommend taking out holiday insurance. If we are able to re-let the accommodation (and we will make every effort to do so) all monies will be refunded less the deposit.
- The cottage is to be left in the same condition in which it is received at the start of the holiday. A security deposit of £75 is payable with the balance of hire charge. This is refundable if the cottage is left clean and tidy without damage or any breakages.
- The number of persons occupying Brow Cottage is not to exceed four persons and for Ceri's Cottage six persons.
- No bookings can be taken for children under three years or for pets.
- Smoking is not permitted in the Cottages.
- No responsibility can be accepted for any belongings or valuables left on the premises.
- The owners or their representatives are to be allowed access to the property at any reasonable time.
